Do I need to bring my own bike?
Yes! We're BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike). Please ensure your bike is in good working condition.
Are helmets required?
Absolutely! Helmets are mandatory for everyone's safety.
Can beginners join the rides?
Definitely! Our rides are paced comfortably at 10-12 mph, suitable for most casual riders.
How long are the tours?
Most tours last around 3-4 hours, covering approximately 8-15 miles. We do have some more adventurous rides like Centuries (100 miles), and bike camping/bikepacking trips planned!
Can minors join the tours?
Yes, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tours may include alcohol tastings and are generally adult-oriented.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for store credit. Refunds are rare and issued at our discretion.
Do you provide bikes or equipment?
No, riders must bring their own bikes and helmets. Rentals are available through local bike shops and Citi Bike.
What happens in bad weather?
We ride rain or shine! Severe weather cancellations are rare, and riders will receive store credit.
Doing adventures doesn't mean we're always DRY! But safety always comes first.
How do I redeem coupons?
